Revved Up Live Media, LLC d/b/a revveduptshirts.com, an Arizona limited liability company, operates Revved Up T-Shirts. This Refund and Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, reprints, and store credit may be handled for purchases made through our store.

Please read this policy together with our Terms of Service. If this policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control to the extent of the conflict.

Return window

Revved Up T-Shirts offers a 30 day return window after purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.

To request a return, contact support@revveduptshirts.com within 30 days after your purchase. Include your order number and the information needed to evaluate your request. We may request photographs, especially when an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Submitting a request does not automatically authorize a return. You must receive return authorization and follow the return instructions provided by Revved Up before sending anything back.

Return condition requirements

Returned merchandise must meet the following requirements:

– The merchandise must be new.

– The merchandise must be unworn or unused.

– The merchandise must be unwashed.

– The merchandise must include its original packaging when applicable.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Do not send merchandise to an address unless Revved Up provides that address as part of the return instructions.

Available remedies

Depending on the circumstances, Revved Up T-Shirts may provide one of the following remedies, as permitted by law and consistent with the Terms of Service:

– A replacement

– A reprint

– A refund to the original payment method

The available remedy may depend on whether the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise eligible for return. Revved Up may issue a refund without requiring a physical return.

A refund to the original payment method is processed through the applicable payment providers. The timing of any posting to your account may depend on the payment provider and financial institution.

Return shipping costs

Unless required by law, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Revved Up T-Shirts covers return shipping when the return results from our error, including when we ship the wrong item, or when the item has a verified defect or damage. Return instructions may include a specific return address or a provided shipping label.

We are not responsible for merchandise sent without authorization or not sent according to the instructions provided by Revved Up.

Nonreturnable items

Items marked “final sale,” if offered, are nonreturnable except where required by law.

Gift cards, if offered, are nonreturnable except where required by law.

Order changes and cancellations

Products are generally made to order and may be submitted to third party fulfillment providers such as Printful. You may request an order change or cancellation only until the order is being processed for production.

Once an order has been submitted to the fulfillment workflow, a change or cancellation may not be possible. Contact support@revveduptshirts.com as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and the details of your request.
